Lemony up front with a hint of grapefruit on the back end to keep you on your toes, our Summer Ale is as light and refreshing as a stroll through a breezy meadow. Floral hops and soft wheat malts lay the foundation for the refreshing, citrusy overtones.
Inspired by the wonderful Italian-Style Pilsners that originated in Como, Italy, Talia pours a gorgeous, bright
golden color with a soft white head. Between the kettle and the dry hop, we utilized three varieties of hops that
hit on all the classic noble aromas. Spicy and floral with a nice spritzing of zesty citrus and a slight hint of
woody, herbal notes.
Aromas of sugarplums dance in your nose as you take in Sugar Plum, the first of our fruited kettle sour
beers. Our Sugar Plum Sour pours an opaque red color with tinges of light purple. But don’t be fooled by the
sweet dark fruit wafting from the glass, this beer packs a wonderfully tart punch.
Pillow soft on the palette, this hazy pale ale brings aromas of tropical fruit and citrus that will delight you from the first whiff. The flavor to follow matches the aroma with a hint of juicy peach layered on top of it all.
WALK IN THE WOODS
The shining star of our American IPA is the weighty sum of Simcoe hops used in the whirlpool and dry hop. Stone fruit, pine, and tropical citrus abound in this refreshing and hoppy American classic.
Irish Red Ale
Our Irish Red Ale pours a deep red color with a light tan head. Two shades of crystal malt and a honey malt
give this beer initial flavors of caramel sweetness with subtler dark fruits in the background. The malty
backbone is balanced perfectly with a light, floral Willamette hop finish. Smooth and Easy Drinking.
New England IPA
This IPA pours a hazy golden hue with a slight glimmer of amber. Aromas of pineapple chunks and tropical hard
candies waft from your glass and coat your palette with every sip. Proudly showcases Triumph hops grown at Four
Star Farms in Northfield, MA.
BIG PRIDE & JOY
Belgian Cherry Ale
Brewed with a hefty amount of Michigan Cherries, this light and fruity Belgian ale pours a beautiful and bright
shade of candy red. Hints of fresh pear and peach, but with a slight yet distinct tickle of something different that
brings forward a very unique flavor that is both slightly tart and yet subtly sweet at the same time.
Originally brewed for seasonal laborers working the fields in the southern Belgian region of Wallonia, this
farmhouse ale comes alive in the glass thanks to the unique and flavorful yeast used in fermentation. A
wonderful hint of phenolics and delightfully fruity esters shine through the simple, yet elegant foundation made
up of Belgian pilsner malt and Slovenian hops. Juicy fruits and a touch of spice match with the floral hops and
lightly sweet crackery malt.
New England IPA
Sweet, tropical fruit and bright citrus define this full-size New England fruit bomb of an IPA. A generous
percentage of oats and wheat lay the malt groundwork for massive additions of Galaxy and Citra hops in the
kettle and in the dry hop. On the nose you will be bombarded by a symphony of fruity aromatics. Juicy mango,
grapefruit, mandarin, lemon-lime, peach, and pineapple will all tingle your senses and lift your spirits. The
mouthfeel is exceptionally soft and smooth.
Our Imperial Stout is chock-full of black roasted malts that bring out flavors of espresso and dark chocolate that is balanced nicely with a hefty dose of silky smooth flaked oats. Dark caramel malts meld with the roast to lend hints of raisins and figs. Willamette hops bring a distinct earthy, spicy, old school hop character that accents nicely against the darker flavors from the malt and the slight alcohol heat.
Double New England IPA
Massive whirlpool and dry hop additions give this double IPA intense flavors of passion fruit and fresh cut mango.
Velvety smooth and the color of a half-forgotten sunset, this special brew will challenge your senses in delightful and unexpected ways.
