This fruited sour is a wonderful summer patio sipper with over 200 pounds of blood orange
added. It starts off slightly tart but is balanced beautifully with sweet and citrusy fruit that both
delights and refreshes.
Lemony up front with a hint of grapefruit on the back end to keep you on your toes, our Summer Ale is as light and refreshing as a stroll through a breezy meadow. Floral hops and soft wheat malts lay the foundation for the refreshing, citrusy overtones.
Inspired by the wonderful Italian-Style Pilsners that originated in Como, Italy, Talia pours a gorgeous, bright
golden color with a soft white head. Between the kettle and the dry hop, we utilized three varieties of hops that
hit on all the classic noble aromas. Spicy and floral with a nice spritzing of zesty citrus and a slight hint of
woody, herbal notes.
Pillow soft on the palette, this hazy pale ale brings aromas of tropical fruit and citrus that will delight you from the first whiff. The flavor to follow matches the aroma with a hint of juicy peach layered on top of it all.
An off-white head rests atop our deep amber pumpkin ale. As you bring the glass close you will be greeted by the familiar warmth of baking spices that herald the return of fall to New England. Made with real pumpkin and highlighted by cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove.

The shining star of our American IPA is the weighty sum of Simcoe hops used in the whirlpool and dry hop. Stone fruit, pine, and tropical citrus abound in this refreshing and hoppy American classic.
Our Oktoberfestbier is made with authentic Bavarian malts and the finest noble hops from the famed Hallertau growing region of Germany. Pouring a copper color with an off-white head, it tastes of freshly baked bread crust with a mild hint of bitterness and a delicate aroma of floral hops.
